Copyright and License Statement

Authors who publish with Journal of Contemporary Economic Dynamics (JCED) agree to the following terms regarding copyright and licensing:

1. Copyright Notice

  • Author Copyright: Authors retain the full copyright of their work without restriction.
  • First Publication Right: Authors grant the journal the right of first publication, allowing JCED to publish and disseminate the work online and in print.
  • Non-Exclusive Rights: Authors are permitted to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository, disciplinary archive, or publish it in a book), provided that its initial publication in this journal is acknowledged with appropriate bibliographic citation.

2. Creative Commons License

Articles published in JCED are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

Under this license, everyone is free to:

  • Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.
  • Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially.

Under the following terms:

  • Attribution — You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use.

3. Archiving and Repository Policy

Authors are encouraged to deposit all versions of their manuscript (Submitted version, Accepted version, and Published version/PDF) in institutional repositories, preprint servers, or academic social networks immediately upon publication, with proper inclusion of the DOI link to the original article.
